Photo is Kim Phuc, famous as 1972’s “Napalm Girl.”
She was photographed at the age of nine fleeing naked and screaming down a Vietnam road after her village was bombed.
After years of being trotted out for the media as a political symbol and having her life utterly controlled by the Communist propaganda machine, Phuc and her husband defected to Canada by requesting asylum during an airport layover.
She has 2 kids and serves as a Goodwill Embassador for the UN.
Nick Ut, the man who took the iconic photo and used his credentials to rush her into a hospital, now calls Phuc his daughter.
